PETG/纳米氧化锌/叶绿素铜酸纳米复合抗菌材料的制备与性能

Mechanical and Antibacterial Properties of PETG/Nano Zinc Oxide/Copper Chlorophyll Acid Nanocomposites

摘要: 以国内试产的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇1,4环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)为基体,以叶绿素铜酸(CCA)及纳米氧化锌(nano-ZnO)作为复合抗菌剂,采用熔融复合工艺制备了PETG/nano-ZnO/CCA纳米复合抗菌材料,考查了nano-ZnO/CCA 质量配比对PETG抗菌性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当复合材料中nano-ZnO中的含量为1 %(质量分数,下同)、CCA的含量为0.5 %时,复合材料对大肠杆菌的抗菌性能最佳,达到99.9 %。

Abstract: Nanocomposite based on poly (ethyleneterephthalateco-1, 4-cylclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) (PETG), nano-ZnO, and copper chlorophyll acid (CCA) were prepared by melt blending. The effect of mass ratio of nano-ZnO/CCA on the antibacterial and mechanical properties was investigated. It was shown that significant increase of the antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli was observed after adding a small amount of CCA. When the mass ratio of nanoZnO was 1.0 % and the CCA content was 0.5 %, the best antibacterial effect was obtained: the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli of the nanocomposite was proved to 99.9 %.
