γ射线辐照改性聚丙烯的流变性能研究

摘要: 以哈克转矩流变仪为加工设备,将1,4丁二酸醇二丙烯酸酯(改性剂B)添加到聚丙烯(PP)中,对所制备的PP试样进行γ射线辐照改性;对辐照后的试样进行流变性能和熔体强度的表征。结果表明,随着吸收剂量的增加,辐照改性PP的储能模量和Cole-Cole半圆半径呈下降的趋势;由于吸收剂量越大,辐照降解程度越大,导致PP的性能呈下降趋势;但辐照改性PP的熔体强度较纯PP大得多,由0.17 N左右增加到0.30 N左右。

Abstract: 1,4-butanediol diacrylate was introduced into polypropylene (PP) using a Hakke internal mixer. Then, the PP samples were irradiated by a gamma ray for different time and subsequently tested with a rheometer and a melt strength tester. It was found that the storage value (G′) and the radius of ColeCole semicircle of the irradiatedPP decreased with increasing irradiation dose. Because the decomposition of PP chain increased with increasing irradiation time. However, melt strength of the irradiatedPP samples was higher than that of plain PP, increasing from 0.17 to 0.30 N.
