一种苯基-2-萘胺抗氧剂的合成与应用

Synthesis and Performance of Phenyl-2-naphthylamine Antioxidant

摘要: 以对溴苯胺、十二胺和2萘胺为原料,通过迈克尔加成和酰胺化缩合反应合成了一种苯基2萘胺抗氧剂,并将其应用于高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)中。利用核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和液相色谱质谱法、差示扫描量热法和热失重法对所合成的抗氧剂进行了分析表征。结果表明,合成的苯基2萘胺抗氧剂与设计的分子结构一致,且产品纯度较高;该抗氧剂具有较好的热稳定性,其氧化诱导期为157~53 min,老化70 h后其羰基指数仅为0.25。

Abstract: A phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant was synthesized via Michael addition and amidation reactions with parabromoaniline, lauryl amine and 2-naphthylamine as raw materials, and its chemical structure was confirmed by 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy and liquid chromatographymass spectrometry. Thermal analysis results indicated that this phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant had a high thermal stability. The oxidation induction time for a polyethylene compound containing the phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant was 157.53 min and the carbonyl index was 0.25, suggesting that the phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant had an excellent stabilizing efficiency.
