摘要:

通过对纤维取向模型演化发展的综述,阐述了长玻璃纤维增强热塑性塑料(LFRTs)纤维取向模型的基本理论思想和基于工程应用的表达式。纤维取向模型的演化始于Folgar-Tucker基本模型,继而向各向异性和演化阻滞两个方向改进,并最终形成了预测LFRTs纤维取向的ARD-RSC模型和iARD-RPR模型。基于长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯注塑样条中玻璃纤维取向的CT扫描实测结果,研究了两个模型的预测准确性。

Abstract:

This paper reviewed the development evolution of fiber orientation model and also introduced the basic theoretical ideas and expressions based on the engineering applications of the fiber orientation model for long-fiber-reinforced thermoplastics (LFRTs). The fiber orientation model was derived from the Folgar-Tucker model and then developed to an anisotropic fiber orientation and a retarding rotary evolution. Finally the ARD-RSC model and iARD-RPR model were formed to predict the fiber orientation of LFRTs. Based on the CT scanning results of the fiber orientation in the injection molded spline of long?glass?fiber?reinforced polypropylene, the prediction accuracy of the two models was studied.
