Extrusion Technology of Profile With Cooling in Core

摘要: 介绍了型芯内冷却挤出成型新工艺,阐述了型芯内冷却系统,特别是型芯内冷却挤出模头的结构和设计。实践经验表明,采用此种模具结构,可有效提高异型材挤出的冷却效率和成型效果,从而提高异型材挤出生产速度和产品品质。

Abstract: This paper introduced the extrusion technology of profile with cooling in mandrel. The theory and advantages of extrusion by cooling in mandrel and the technical realization were discussed. The key point to be controlled on production chains was introduced. It was showed that this mold process could increase the cooling efficiency and molding effect, and increase the production rate and product quality of the profile.
