摘要: 从柔顺机构的变形能力、动力学性能、静态失效和疲劳失效4个方面展开研究,分析了材料参数与柔性构件的最大变形以及机构固有频率特性之间的关系,讨论了聚合物的材料特性对柔顺机构静态失效和疲劳失效的影响,从而探讨出聚合物在柔顺机构的设计过程中的优越性以及所面临的挑战。

Abstract: The effect of material properties on compliant mechanism were studied in aspects of the deformation ability, dynamic performance, static failure, and fatigue failure. Firstly, the relationship between the material parameters and the maximum deformation, natural frequency of flexible member was analyzed. Then, the influence of material properties on the static failure and fatigue failure of compliant mechanisms was discussed. Finally, the superiority and challenge of the polymeric materials in the design of compliant mechanisms were summarized.
