电子束辐照灭菌用PP材料改性研究

摘要: 为了解决聚丙烯(PP)在电子束辐照后变黄的问题,选取助剂Irganox 1010、Irganox 1076、Tinuvin 770、Chimassorb 944进行对比探究,进行黄变指数、差式扫描量热仪、热失重测试及拉伸强度测试。结论表明,在加入0.5份Tinuvin 770时,样品的黄变指数最小;加入抗氧剂、光稳定剂再辐照后,结晶度提高,热失重外延起始温度降低,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低,冲击强度增加,冲击断面粗糙,表现为韧性断裂。

Abstract: In order to improve the stability of polypropylene (PP) in electron beam, irganox 1010, irganox 1076, tinuvin 770, and chimassorb 944 were introduced as stabilizers. DSC, TG, SEM analysis, mechanical property and color test were carried out. It showed that the tinuvin 770 at 0.5 phr provided the lowest yellow index; the join of antioxidant and light stabilizer after irradiation could improve the crystallinity, reduce thermal gravimetric epitaxial starting temperature, decrease the tensile strength and elongation rate, increase the impact strength, and sections of the composite show ductile failure.
