有机膨润土改性高吸油树脂的制备与性能研究

摘要: 对膨润土进行了预处理,然后使用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMAoBr)对其进行有机化改性,最后将有机膨润土加入到丙烯酸酯有机单体、交联剂、引发剂的混合液中聚合制得复合高吸油树脂。结果表明,加入单体总质量1.5 %的膨润土所得的树脂最大吸油可达14.1 g/g。通过正交实验讨论了最佳工艺条件。有机膨润土与丙烯酸酯吸油树脂具有良好的相容性,与未添加膨润土的树脂相比,复合树脂吸油性能、热分解温度均有提高。

Abstract: Bentonite was pre-treated and organically modified with HDTMAoBr, which was introduced into a polymerization system of acrylate monomer, crosslinker, and initiator resulting in a high oil-absorbing resin. The addition of 1.5wt % of the modified bentonite led to an oil-absorbing degree of 14.1 g/g. The optimal recipe was obtained via orthogonal experiments. The organic bentonite was well compatible with the acrylate resin, the thermal stability of the latter was improved.
