摘要: 综述了二氧化硅在聚合物阻燃中的应用研究进展,阐述了二氧化硅的阻燃机理及其对聚合物阻燃性能、力学性能和加工性能的影响,并介绍了二氧化硅与不同类型阻燃剂的协同效应以及不同形态二氧化硅对聚合物材料阻燃性能的影响。探讨了制备气相二氧化硅基阻燃剂的可行性。最后,指出无卤、环保的硅系阻燃剂在阻燃剂产业中将得到快速发展。

Abstract: The research progress of application of SiO2 in flame retarded polymers was summarized in this paper. The flame retardancy mechanism of SiO2, the effects of SiO2 on the flame retardancy, mechanical property, and processing behavior of polymers were reviewed. The synergistic effect of SiO2 with other flame retardants was also explored. The potential vapor-phase mechanism of SiO2 based flame retardant was discussed. It was forecast that the non-halogen and environmentally friendly silicon-based flame retardant would develop rapidly in the future.
