TiO2在PP抗老化中的机理及研究进展

摘要: 主要介绍了聚丙烯(PP)老化机理及TiO2在PP中的抗老化机理,PP老化主要分为物理老化和化学老化两种,TiO2有吸收紫外线延缓PP老化的优点。综述了近几年TiO2在PP中的抗紫外老化的一些研究进展。发现TiO2能较大地提高PP耐老化性,但是TiO2容易团聚,需要对TiO2进行表面处理。根据已经做过的实验,列举了4大类改善TiO2表面与聚合物相容性的方法。研究发现改性后的TiO2比未改性的TiO2在 PP中抗老化效果要好,纳米级TiO2的抗老化效果好于体相TiO2,最后对TiO2在PP中抗老化作用进行了总结并提出了几点建议。

Abstract: The aging of PP can he identified as physical and chemical aging. TiO2 possesses theability of absorbing ultraviolet light to slow down PP aging. This article reviewed the recentprogress of improving the aging resistance PP using TiO2.In order to avoid the aggregation, thesurface of TiO2 should he modified. The better the dispersion of TiO2,the higher the agingresistance. The anti-aging mechanism of TiO2 in PP was also summarized.
