聚乳酸耐热改性研究进展

摘要: 综述了国内外在提高生物可降解高分子聚乳酸(PLA)耐热性能方面的研究进展,介绍了提高PLA耐热性能的主要方法。目前的研究表明:通过添加成核剂、与具有高玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的高分子材料共混、引人交联结构、纤维增强以及纳米复合等技术可以改善PLA的耐热性能,从而扩展了PLA在纺织领域、食品包装领域以及工程塑料领域中的应用。最后介绍了一些已经商业化的耐热聚乳酸。

Abstract: Advances in improving the heat resistance of biodegradable poly ( lactic acid) ( PLA)were reviewed in this article. Several technologies, such as adding nucleating agents, blending with polymers with high glass transition temperature, introducing crosslinked structure, and reinforced by fiber or nano-particle were proved effective for enhancing the heat resistance of PLA, which enlarged field of application in textile, food packaging, and engineering plastics. Some commercial grades of heat resistant ploy(lactic acid) were introduced.
