Abstract

Abstract: Some abroad codes about environmental protecting and health care were introduced in this paper, and their impact on plastic additive industry were analyzed, especially on plasticizers, flame retardants, and heat stabilizers. The measures that domestic manufacturers should adopt to deal with these codes were analyzed. It was pointed out that more attentions should be paid on independent innovation of plastic additives.
