Abstract: The paper introduced the influence of screw axial vibration on extrusion properties of poly (vinyl chloride)(PVC) /wood-flour composite, when it was processed by singlc screw dynamic extrusion. The tensile properties of PVC/wood-flour composite resulted by different screw vibration parameters (amplitude and frequency) were compared with those in static extrusion. It showed that the best vibration parameters were 20 Hz vibration frequency and 120μm amplitude.
