新型三嗪成炭剂的合成及无卤阻燃ABS的研究

New Triazine Charring Agent and Its Flame Retardancy in ABS

摘要: 合成了一种含氮的无卤的三嗪成炭剂—聚2一乙二胺基-4-苯氧基-1,3,5一三嗪,研究了合成反应的影响因素。利用FTIR,熔点测定仪以及滴定法测定氯产量对其结构和各元素含量进行了表征。研究了在聚磷酸铵和红磷存在的条件下,本成炭剂对丙烯睛一丁二烯一苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)的阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,该三嗪成炭剂的合成产率为93.9%,,用其阻燃的ABS表现出较好的阻燃性能。

Abstract: A novel halogen-free charring agent,poly(2-cthylcncdiaminc-4一phcnoxy-1,3,5一triazinc),was synthesized with a yield of 93.9%.Some factors affecting the reaction were investigated.The structure of the charring agent was characterized using FTIR. This triazine derivative was introduced int。ABS together with an intumescent flame retardant(IFR),ammonium polyphosphate(APP),and phosphorus, good flame retardancy was observed.
