摘要: 采用原位聚合法制备了聚酰胺6/纳米二氧化硅(PA6/nano-SiO2)复合材料,用力学性能测试、 扫描电镜和差示扫描量热法对纳米SiO2粒子和PA6基体之间的界面黏结性进行了表征和研究。结果表明:利用经验公式和力学性能数据计算得知PA6/改性SiO2纳米复合材料的界面参数B值都比PA6/未改性SiO2纳米复合材料的大;SEM观察表明在PA6中加入纳米SiO2,材料的微观结构发生了变化,改性SiO2与PA6基体之间形成了较好的界面结合;分散于PA6基体中的纳米SiO2粒子起到了异相成核作用,改性后的SiO2和PA6基体之间形成柔性界面层有利于PA6基体的结晶。

Abstract: PA6/SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The interfacial compatibility between nano-SiO2 and PA6 matrix was characterized by mechanical experiment, SEM, and DSC. It showed that The interfacial parameters B for PA6/modified SiO2 was larger than that for PA6/unmodified SiO2. SEM observation showed that the introduction of SiO2 changed the microstructure of the materials. Better interfacial binding was observed between PA6 matrix and modified SiO2, which resulted in a flexible interface layer favorable to the crystallization of the PA6.
