前照灯配光镜材料光源辐照及耐化学试剂试验研究

摘要: 对不同材料的16套前照灯及前雾灯样品进行了光源辐照试验及耐化学试剂试验。结果表明,按照国家标准GB 4599-2007规定光源辐照试验测试后,16款样品里符合限值0.020要求的样品数量为62.5%。说明光源辐照试验对塑料配光镜性能的测试考察强度较高,对目前产品有一定难度。对于耐化学试剂测试,绝大多数样品满足标准要求。同时分析了不同原料对于产品性能的影响。

Abstract: 16 sets of test samples of headlamps and front fog lamps with different materials were tested for atmospheric agent and chemical resistance. The test results showed that, in accordance with the provisions of GB 4599-2007 on atmospheric agent test, 62.5% of 16 sets of test samples can meet the limit value of 0.020 in GB 4599-2007. Therefore, it illustrated that atmospheric agent test highly investigates the performance of plastic lens, which is very difficult for present products to meet its requirements. For the chemical resistance test, the majority of samples can meet the provisions. At the same time, we analyzed the affects of different raw materials to the performances of products, which is very instructive in the material chosen of plastic lens and their coating.
