摘要: 针对带有高热导率的冷却嵌件的注射成型冷却过程,基于边界元分析理论,首先分别对模具域和冷却嵌件构建了冷却分析边界元数理模型,并通过冷却嵌件与模具相接触表面的传热分析,最终得到耦合的一体化分析模型。通过过程算例分析,并通过与不带嵌件的注塑冷却分析相比较,验证了算法的可行性,揭示了冷却嵌件对模具温度场的影响规律。

Abstract: This paper was associated with cooling process of injection molding with an insert of high thermal conductivity. Based on boundary element analysis theory, mathematical models for molds and inserts were first formulated. Through a heat transfer analysis on the contact interface between the inserts and molds, a coupling integration analysis model was obtained. Through a case calculation and a comparison between the cooling processes of injection molds with and without inserts, the feasibility of the algorithm was confirmed, which could reveal how the insert affected the mold temperature.
