聚合物结晶行为的流变学研究

摘要: 论述了用流变学对聚合物结晶行为的研究,包括通过聚合物临界凝胶转变点的确定来研究聚合物在形成晶核过程中的早期结晶行为和实时检测熔体的流变学参数来分析整个结晶过程等,重点论述了用流变学研究聚合物在静态和动态条件下的结晶动力学。研究表明,用流变学研究聚合物的完整结晶过程对于模拟并指导实际生产具有十分重要的作用。

Abstract: The rheological behavior during the polymer crystallization was discussed. The early behavior in crystallization was determined by the gel transition point, and the overall crystallization process as well as the crystallization kinetics in static and dynamic conditions were described by the real-time determined rheological parameters. It was showed that rheological study played an important role in the analysis of polymer crystallization process.
