摘要:

研究了不同磷系阻燃剂对聚苯醚/高抗冲聚苯乙烯(PPO/PS-HI)合金性能的影响,主要探讨了阻燃剂对合金阻燃性能、力学性能及耐热性的影响。结果表明,红磷阻燃剂的阻燃效果优于有机磷酸酯阻燃剂;在达到UL 94 V-0阻燃级别条件下,有机磷酸酯阻燃剂对合金的耐热性损害较大,而红磷阻燃剂对合金的韧性损害较大。

Abstract: The effect of various phosphorus flame retardants on the flame-retarded performance, mechanical properties, and heat resistance of PPO/PS-HI alloy was investigated. It was found that red phosphorus was better than organic phosphate in flame retardancy. At the loading meet the flame-retarded grades(UL 94 V-0), organic phosphate flame retardant would greatly reduce the heat resistance, and red phosphorus was harmful to the toughness.
