The Study of Polylactic Acid(PLA)Toughened by POE

摘要: 摘要:通过熔融共混法制备聚乙烯辛烯共聚物/聚乳酸共混物(POE/PLA),采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪 (DSC) 和万能材料试验机研究了共混物的结构、熔融和力学性能。XRD结果表明弹性体POE改变了促进了PLA的结晶,并生成了一种新的晶体结构;随着POE含量的增加,PLA开始出现冷结晶,但是PLA熔点变化不大,但是峰面积逐渐减小,并最终与高温的熔融重结晶峰融合在一起;拉伸实验结果证实:POE可以有效改善PLA的任韧性,但是材料的拉伸强度有所降低。

Abstract: Abstract: The POE/PLA blends, prepared by the melting method, which were investigated on structure, melting and mechanical properties of blends by XRD and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and tensile testing machine in detail. The results from XRD showed that POE promote crystallization of PLA and induced a new crystal structure; as POE loading increased, the cold crystallization appeared in the PLA/POE blends, but the melting point of PLA did not change and melting area lessened little by little; the results of tensile test proved that POE could efficiently improve brittleness of PLA, however, tensile strength for blends decreased.
