竹炭聚氨酯软质复合材料性能的研究

摘要: 在聚氨酯泡沬中添加竹炭微粒,运用一步发泡法制备了不同竹炭含量的软质泡沫塑料。测定了该复合材料密度、力学性能、色差、负离子释放能力及远红外发射率。结果表明:该复合材料密度、负离子释放能力、回弹率、远红外发射率随复合竹炭粉含量增加而增加。而拉伸强度、拉伸伸长率、撕裂强度随着复合竹炭粉含量增加而减少,复合竹炭含量8%时的聚氨酯材料其拉伸强度、拉伸伸长率、撕裂强度分别为空白对照的63.87%、57.04%、55.32%。在复合竹炭含量≤2%时,制备的竹炭聚氨酯泡沫复合材料达到GB/T10802-2006“通用软质聚醚型聚氨酯泡沫塑料标准”。竹炭添加对聚氨酯泡沫复合材料热稳定性无影响。

Abstract: The polyurethane foams containing bamboo charcoal stuff were synthesized via on step method. Materials density, mechanical properties, color indices, anion release and far-infrared emissivity of flexible polyurethane-bamboo charcoal composites were determinate. The result showed that the materials density, anion release, rebound ratio and far-infrared emissivity of this composites increased with content of bamboo charcoal. The tensile strength, elongation at break, fracture strength decreased with content of bamboo charcoal, and just were 63.8%, 57.04% and 55.32% of these in CK when content of bamboo charcoal in composites was 8%. When content of bamboo charcoal in composites was 2%, the mechanical properties of polyurethane-bamboo charcoal composites achieve the Chinese National Standard for flexible polyurethane foams.
