摘要: 综述了近年来超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)耐磨性改性的研究进展,介绍了物理共混改性法(无机填料填充和聚合物共混)和化学改性法(交联和等离子体处理)在PE-UHMW耐磨性改性方面的应用,讨论了各种改性方法对其耐磨性改性的改性机理和改性效果,并对PE-UHMW耐磨性改性的发展趋势作了展望。

Abstract: The research progress in wear resistance modification of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) in recent years was reviewed in this paper. The modification could be divided into two categories: physical blending modification including adding inorganic fillers and/or other polymers; and chemical modification including crosslinking and plasma processing. The modification mechanism and effect of different modifying techniques were discussed. The development trend of wear resistance modification on PE-UHMW was also prospected.
