PVB改性聚氨酯材料及其性能的研究

Study on Synthesis and Preparation of Polyurethane Film Modified by PVB

摘要: 采用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)与封端后的聚氨酯(PU)预聚体进行扩链反应制备新型PU膜,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、动态热力学分析仪以及电子拉力试验机等对所得的膜进行了表征。结果表明,新型PU膜的热稳定性提高、抗变形能力提高、膜中游离甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)含量减少、毒性较小;新型PU膜与聚酰胺纤维进行复合时的剥离强度提高,最高可以达到58.58 N/2. 5 cm。

Abstract: A new polyurethane membrane was prepared by a chain extending reaction of PVB and end-closed polyurethane prepolymer. The structure and performance of this membrane were investigated by FTIR, TG, DMA, and mechanical test. The new polyurethane membrane gave rise to good thermal stability. The content of TDI in the membrane was low and thus had a lower toxicity. Binding strength with polyamide fiber was increased to 58.58 N/2. 5 cm.
