聚氟乙烯流延薄膜成型工艺研究

Research on Processing Conditions of PVF Films by Solution Casting

摘要: 将聚氟乙烯(PVF)经增塑剂及N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶剂改性后,用溶液流延法制备了PVF薄膜,并研究了制备工艺对膜的结构、性能及表面形态的影响。结果表明,PVF经DMF溶剂溶解后,其结晶被破坏,同时薄膜的拉伸强度下降,断裂伸长率增加;选用浓度为3 %(质量分数,下同)的PVF成膜液,以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)为增塑剂,在100 r/min的搅拌速度和85 ℃的温度下充分溶解,经消泡剂处理后立即流延成膜可得到力学性能和表面形态较好的PVF薄膜。

Abstract: PVF films containing different plasticizers and cosolvent were prepared by solution casting. The effects of processing parameters on the structure and properties of the films were investigated. The results showed PVF could be dissolved in DMF. The crystal structures of PVF films were destroyed, resulting in improved elongation at break and decreased tensile stress. DOP was a good plasticizer for PVF. The PVF films with good mechanical properties could be obtained with the concentration of PVF solution 3 % at 85 ℃ and 100 r/min stirring speed in the presence of deforming agent.
