石墨烯超级电容器的研究进展及其应用

Research Progress and Applications of Graphene Supercapacitors

摘要: 综述了石墨烯超级电容器的研究进展,包括石墨烯的制备、改性、与赝电容电极材料的复合,石墨烯超级电容器特殊结构的设计、电解液的选择、柔性超级电容器的制备等。在石墨烯超级电容器的实际应用中,主要介绍了石墨烯的生产现状、超级电容器的厂家及应用情况,并指出未来超级电容器的应用重点将从消费电子逐渐向混合动力电动车和新能源领域转移。

Abstract: This article summarized the research process of graphene supercapacitors, including graphene electrode materials, modification of graphene, compounding with pseudo-capacitance electrode, structure design, choosing of electrolytes, and flexible supercapacitors. In practial manufacturers and tis application were introduced. Future applications of supercapacitors will not be limited to consumer electronics, but extend to the field of hybrid electric vehicles.
