摘要: 为了研究某250ml输液瓶瓶胚注塑工艺参数对注塑成型性能的影响规律,本研究基于传热学和塑料加工流变学理论,建立熔体在模具型腔中流动的数学模型。根据正交试验原理,建立由熔体温度、保压压力、模具温度和保压时间等工艺参数共同作用的四因素四水平L16(44)的正交试验表,利用Moldflow对输液瓶瓶胚的成型过程进行流动模拟,并通过极差分析法和方差分析法获得了最优工艺参数组合。在此条件下进行试模检验,得到的瓶胚质量合格,尺寸满足公差要求。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of processing parameters on the 250ml infusion bottle embryo’s injection molding properties, the mathematical model of which melt flowing in the mold cavity was set up on the basis of the heat transfer and plastics processing rheology theory. According to the principles of orthogonal experiment, the L16 (44) orthogonal test table of four factors and four levels by .the combined effect of. melt temperature, packing pressure, mold temperature, holding time and other parameters was established,. the infusion bottle embryo flowing molding process was simulated by using the Moldflow software, and the optimum process parameters were obtained using range and variance analysis method. By tryout test under the above conditions, the quality of the bottles embryo was qualified, size tolerance requirement was satisfied.
