摘要: 以多异氰酸酯、芳香二酐和蓖麻油为原料,采用聚氨酯预聚体法制备聚氨酯酰亚胺(PUI)泡沫材料,分析了物理发泡剂1,1二氯1一氟乙烷(HCFC-141b)对泡沫材料的化学结构、泡孔结构、开闭孔率、表观密度、体积膨胀率、力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明,HCFC-141b的添加量并不改变PUI泡沫材料的化学结构和热性能;当HCFC-141b添加量从零增加到10 %时,材料的平均泡孔直径、开闭孔率和体积膨胀率增加;而表观密度和压缩强度降低。

Abstract: Polyurethaneimide (PUI) foam was prepared from polyphenyl polymethylene polyisocyanates, pyromellitic dianhydride, and castor oil with prepolymer method using HCFC-141b. The effect of amount of HCFC-141b on the chemical structure, cell structure, open cell content, density, volume expansion rate,mechanical properties, and thermal behavior was analyzed. It showed that, HCFC-141b did not change the chemical structure and thermal behavior of the foam. With the increase of HCFC-141b from 0 % to 10 %, average cellular diameter, open cell content, and volume expansion rate increased, while the density and compressive strength decreased. Thus the structure and properties of the PUI foam could be adjusted through changing the amount of HCFC-141b.
