微孔发泡塑料中成核剂的研究

Research Progress in Nucleating Agents for Plastics Microcellular Foams

摘要: 介绍了发泡加工过程中成核剂的引入对泡孔特性的影响。根据成核剂影响微孔发泡的原理,同时针对目前成核剂应用的研究现状进行分析对比,列举出不同类型成核剂对泡孔形态的影响,指出理想成核剂在控制泡孔异相成核过程中的作用。重点阐述了选择成核剂的标准,并指出实际过程中面临的问题,为工业生产和科学研究提供理论指导。

Abstract: In order to enhance the quality of foaming products, in this paper, the influence of nucleating agent on the foam morphology were introduced. To elucidate the mechanism involving these nucleating agents, relative analysis and comparison were made and the effect of nucleating agents on cellular morphology was explored. The criteria for choosing a proper nucleating agent were particularly emphasized.
