摘要: 以数码播放器机壳背板为基础,设计了注塑模具整体结构,分析了播放器背板的结构和功能特点,合理选择塑件材料并设计注塑模具各系统结构参数,重点介绍了浇注系统、冷却系统的设计计算过程。设计的播放器背板注塑模具结构紧凑、工作稳定,成型塑件易制造,精度保持性好,对同类塑料件注塑模具设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the backboard digital audio player, an injection mold was designed. The calculation of gating system and cooling system was mainly introduced. The mold was designed for compact structure, working stability, easy manufacture, and high precision. It provided a reference value for the design of similar plastic injection molds.
