工艺参数对聚合物熔体喷射成滴的影响

摘要: 介绍了一种机械冲击式聚合物熔体微滴喷射装置,并采用实验分析了不同螺杆转速与冲击频率、不同喷嘴直径、不同基板到喷嘴距离3组工艺参数对聚丙烯(PP)熔体微滴喷射成滴的影响。结果表明,熔体喷射成滴的质量受以上各参数的共同作用影响,只有精确控制以上各工艺参数才能实现均匀微小的聚合物熔体微滴的喷射,从而保证其用于三维打印(3D打印)制造技术时可以实现高精度成型。

Abstract: A mechanical impact melt ejection device was introduced. Influence of screw speed (impact frequency), nozzle diameter, and nozzlesubstrate distance on the molten PP droplet injection molding was analyzed. Experimental results showed that only when the process parameters were precisely controlled, could one get uniform and tiny droplets of polymer melt,thus ensuring highprecision molding in 3D printing.
