不同混合设备对聚苯醚/尼龙66合金性能的影响

Effect of Different Mixing Equipments on Properties of PPO/PA66 Alloys

摘要: 通过力学性能测试和扫描电子显微镜分析,研究了啮合同向双螺杆挤出机、啮合异向双螺杆挤出机和往复式单螺杆销钉挤出机(Buss机)3种连续共混设备对聚苯醚/聚酰胺66(PPO/PA66)合金性能的影响。结果表明,作为传统共混改性设备,啮合同向双螺杆挤出机适于PPO/PA66合金的制备;啮合异向双螺杆挤出机对于PPO/PA66合金的制备也具有一定的可开发性;Buss机不利于PPO/PA66合金的制备。

Abstract: This work investigated the influence of three kinds of continuous mixing equipments, i.e. intermeshing corotating twinscrew extruder, intermeshing counterrotating twinscrew extruder and Buss kneader, on properties of polyphenylene oxide (PPO)/polyamide 66(PA66) alloys. Mechanical and scanning electron microscopic characterizations indicated that the intermeshing corotating twinscrew extruder as a conventional mixing equipment was suitable for the preparation of PPO/PA66 alloys in comparison with the other two equipments. The intermeshing counterrotating twinscrew extruder was also an appropriate processing means for PPO/PA66 alloys in some cases. Nevertheless, Buss kneader was unsuitable for processing PPO/PA66 alloys.
