双马来酰亚胺对丙烯酸酯结构胶的改性研究

Study on BMI-modified Structural Acrylic Adhesive

摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯(THFMA)、三官能度丙烯酸酯、N,N′4,4′二苯基甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BMI)作为活性单体,丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂作为增韧剂,加入胺类还原剂、阻聚剂和其他助剂,通过物理混合法制备A组分;以稳定剂、氧化剂和其他助剂通过物理混合法制备B组分,将AB组分按质量比为10∶1制得第二代丙烯酸酯结构胶(SGA),研究BMI用量对SGA的固化情况和耐热性能的影响。结果表明,加入BMI提高了SGA固化后胶膜的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和高温下的剪切强度;其中当BMI用量为3 %(质量分数,下同)时,SGA耐温性能达到最佳,与不加BMI相比,其固化后胶膜的Tg由108.23 ℃升至109.25 ℃,常温下剪切强度提高了6 %,120 ℃下提高了40.8 %,200 ℃下提高了103 %。

Abstract: A secondgeneration acrylate structural adhesive (SGA) was prepared by mixing component A and B at a mass ratio of 1:1. In this SGA, the component A was a mixture of monofunctional acrylate, trifunctional acrylate, N,N′(4,4′methylenediphenyl) dimaleimide (BMI), ABS toughening agent, amine reductant and inhibitor as well as other auxiliaries, and the component B was a mixture of stabilizers, oxidizing agents and other auxiliaries. The effect of BMI content on the curing performance and heat resistance of the SGA was investigated. The results indicated that the SGA achieved an increase in hightemperature mechanical properties and glass transition temperature (Tg) due to the addition of BMI, and it obtained an optimum heat resistance with addition of 3 wt % BMI. Moreover, Tg also increased from 108.23 to 109.25 ℃, while the shear strength increased by 6 %, 40.8 %, and 103 % at room temperature, 120 ℃ and 200 ℃, respectively.
