聚碳酸酯二元醇的合成及聚氨酯弹性体的性能研究

摘要: 以焙烧后的Mg/Al水滑石为非均相催化剂,己二醇(HD)和碳酸二甲酯(DMC)为初始原料,合成出相对分子质量为1 000和2 000的聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)。将PCDL用于浇注型聚氨酯弹性体(CPUE)的合成,并与聚醚型和聚酯型CPUE:对比综合研究了其性能。结果发现:聚碳酸酯型CPUE的力学性能和耐热性能优于聚醚型CPUE,其拉伸强度和300%模量分别提高了70%和142;与聚酯型CPUE:相比,具有比较好的水解稳定性,经过22 d浸泡之后,其硬度、拉伸强度、抗撕裂强度的保持率分别高出7 %,65 %,20%。

Abstract: Polycarbonate diol (PCDL) was synthesized using 1,6-hexanediol (HD) and dimethyl carbonate(DMC) in the presence of calcined Mg/Al hydrotalcite as  a  catalyst.The properties of casting polyurethane elastomers (CPUE) made from PCDL were studied.  CPUE made from PCDL exhibited better mechanical properties and heat resistance compared with polyether type elastomers. Meanwhile it was more resistant to hydrolysis than polyester type elastomers.
