Research progress in halogen?free flame-retardant thermoplastic polyolefin materials

摘要: 综述了近年来热塑性聚烯烃弹性体材料无卤阻燃的研究进展,介绍了各类阻燃剂对材料阻燃和力学性能的影响。用于热塑性聚烯烃弹性体的无卤阻燃剂以金属氢氧化物阻燃剂和膨胀型阻燃剂为主,磷酸盐类膨胀型阻燃剂应用最为广泛,新型单组分膨胀型阻燃剂已成为发展趋势。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the research progress in halogen?free flame-retardant thermoplastic polyolefin materials in recent years, and the effect of various flame retardants on the flame?retardant and mechanical properties of polyolefin materials were analyzed. These halogen?free flame retardants for thermoplastic polyolefin mainly included metal hydroxide flame retardants and intumescent flame retardants, in which phosphate intumescent flame retardants were the most widely used. Nevertheless, the new type of one?component intumescent flame retardants has become a trend in future development.
