多元单体接枝改性酪素树脂的合成及表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Graft Casein Resin Modified with Multi-monomers

摘要: 在水体系中,采用己内酰胺、丙烯腈、丙烯酸类单体同时对酪素进行多元改性,并加入交联剂,合成了一种具有网络结构的树脂,讨论了单体用量及交联剂种类对该树脂所成薄膜的耐水性、力学性能等的影响;并借助傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电镜等方法表征了酪素改性前后结构及形貌的变化;采用差示扫描量热法及热重分析等方法对改性酪素树脂的热性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着接枝单体含量的减少,薄膜的拉伸强度呈现先减小后增大的趋势;改性前酪素大多以α螺旋构象存在,改性后酪素转变为无规线团构象;由扫描电镜照片发现,改性后的酪素呈多孔结构;酪素经过改性交联后,提高了主链段的热稳定性及耐水性。

Abstract: Casein was grafting modified with caprolactam, acrylonitrile, and acrylic monomers in aqueous medium, and was subsequently transformed to a network structure by introducing a crosslinker. The modified structure and morphology of casein were characterized using Fourier transformed infrared spectrum (FT-IR) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The thermal behavior of the modified casein resin were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The thermal stability and water resistance of the casein were considerably enhanced after crosslinking modification. The tensile strength of the material was also improved as a result of modification.
