摘要: 以丁二酸、L-乳酸、对苯二甲酸等二元酸和丁二醇、乙二醇等二元醇为原料,通过熔融缩聚法直接合成了一种聚(丁二烯-苯乙烯)类的脂肪族生物可降解聚合物。介绍了聚合物的聚合工艺,并对其进行力学性能测试和扫描电子显微镜分析。结果表明,这种聚合物具有一种独特的力学性能,在断裂伸长率为450 %典型的应力-应变橡胶平台曲线上,分别在断裂伸长率为10 %和300 %处出现典型的屈服应力,第二个屈服应力的存在使得该聚合物有极好的强度、柔韧性、记忆性和回弹性,它的高强高韧性能可用作脆性降解材料(如聚乳酸)的优良改性材料。

Abstract:

A new kind of bio-degradable aliphatic polyester was synthesized via melt polycondensation from butanediol, succinic acid, terephthalic acid, ethanediol, and L-lactic acid. This polyester displayed two yield points located at 10 % and 300 % of elongations, respectively. The yield at 300 % elongation imparted the polymer better strength, flexibility, shape-memory, and elasticity. This new polyester could be used as a toughener for brittle biodegradable materials, such as PLA.
