精密注射成型模具中多孔材料的应用新技术

摘要: 注射成型技术作为塑料产品最主要的成型方式之一,在国民经济的各个领域都有广泛应用,塑料产品的迅速发展对精密注射成型模具设计带来了新的挑战。本文阐述了多孔材料在精密注射成型模具中的应用优势及其工作原理,着重分析了在排气系统、冷却系统、脱模系统、抽真空系统及模内贴标技术(IML)中的应用现状,分析指出其强度、孔率、孔径及孔径分布的控制及机械加工性是未来研究的热点和难点,实现低成本、大规模生产是多孔材料的发展趋势。

Abstract: The rapid development of plastic parts brought new challenges to precision injection mold design. The advantages and working principle of porous material in precision injection mold were reviewed in this paper. Currently, porous materials were employ in injection mold as vent system, cooling system, demolding system, vacuum system, and In Mold Labeling (IML) technology. The strength, porosity, pore size and distribution, surface topography control, and machinability constituted the hot topics. Low cost and mass production will be the development trend in the near future.
