成膜介质对聚氨酯基半互穿网络多孔膜的结构与性能的影响

摘要: 采用半互穿聚合物网络的形式在聚氨酯基体中引入聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺,将其在不同成膜介质中凝固成膜,采用红外光谱、扫描电镜等手段表征了膜的结构和微观形态,同时还测试了膜材料的溶胀性和拉伸性能。结果表明,与聚氨酯膜相比,聚氨酯基半互穿聚合物网络多孔膜的力学性能有所改善,结构更加均匀;以水为成膜介质时,聚氨酯基半互穿聚合物网络多孔膜的性能比以乙醇和异丙醇为成膜介质时要好,温敏性能更明显。

Abstract: Poly-N-isopropylacrylamide was introduced into the solution of polyurethane forming a semi-interpenetrating polymer network (semi-IPNs), and the semi-IPNs were cast into different coagulation baths. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron micrograph were employed to characterize their structure. The swelling behavior and tensile properties of the semi-IPNs were also tested. It showed that the semi-IPNs films had better mechanical properties and more uniform structure than the films based neat polyurethane. The semi-IPNs films formed in water had better properties than in alcohol and isopropanol, and had higher temperature sensibility.
