摘要: 综述了二烷基次膦酸盐类阻燃剂的结构设计和合成方法的研究进展,根据其结构中烷基的不同进行了分类,可分为含直链、支链、芳环、杂环以及二聚体的次膦酸盐,并对其合成方法进行了归纳,通过对比AlCl3催化法、格氏试剂法和自由基加成法3种合成二烷基次膦酸盐类的方法发现,AlCl3催化法产率较低,污染问题突出;格氏试剂法步骤繁多,工艺复杂;自由加成法相对工艺简单、产率高,适合大规模生产等特点。

Abstract: This review summarized various dialkylphosphinic salts with different structure and discussed the latest advancement in preparing dialkylphosphinic salts. According to the alkyl structure in molecule, dialkylphosphinic salts could be classified into unbranched-, branched-, aryl-, cycloalkyl-, heterocyclic- phosphinic salts, and dimmer of dialkylphosphinic salts. The preparation of the salts could be carried out with AlCl3 catalytic method, Grignard reagent, or free radical addition. The AlCl3 catalytic method had disadvantages of low yield and environmental pollution. The reaction using Grignard reagent was complex, which was impractical for large-scale manufacturing. Free radical addition method was relatively simple and suitable for industrial production.
