行星螺杆挤出机的发展

摘要: 介绍了行星螺杆挤出机(PRE)的优点,并从理论研究、结构改进和应用发展3个方面总结了行星螺杆挤出机近年来取得的新进展。目前针对行星螺杆挤出机的理论研究主要针对其主要参数的计算和塑化效果的研究,结构方面的改进包括增加了行星段的长度,行星螺杆挤出机与不同的挤出设备组合,同时行星挤出机的应用范围则扩大到木塑复合材料、PET加工、硅橡胶、食品加工等领域。

Abstract: This paper introduced the structure, application, merits, and progress of planetary roller extruder. Nowadays, the theory study in this field mainly concentrated on the calculation of PRE' parametric and the exploration of PRE' plasticizing efficiency. The improvement of the structure included extending the length of planetary section, the combination of PRE and other extruders. PRE had not been used in processing of PVC only, but also used in the field of wood-plastic composite material, PET, silicon rubber, food and so on.
