全水发泡大豆油基聚氨酯软泡的合成研究

Synthesis of Soybean oil-based Soft Polyurethane Foams with Water as the Sole Foaming Agent

摘要: 以环氧大豆油为原料,以甲醇为开环试剂制得大豆油多元醇。反应过程中通过控制反应时间,可以得到所需要的羟基值(80-170mgKOH/g)的豆油醇。通过探究得出了最佳的配方,然后将豆油醇部分替代传统的聚醚多元醇添加到配方中,经发泡制得聚氨酯软泡。对该聚氨酯软泡进行各项力学分析,实验结果表明:该产品各项力学性能都达到国标要求,其中拉伸强度可达0.13MPa以上,断裂伸长率可达150%以上。

Abstract: The soybean oil polyols were prepared by used epoxy soybean oil as raw material and used methanol as open loop reagent. The soybean oil polyols which hydroxyl value in the range of 80-170 mgKOH/g were obtained through controlling the reaction time. The best formula was obtained through exploring. Then, take the soybean oil alcohol replace the traditional polyether polyol partly and added to the formula. After foaming time, flexible PU foams were obtained. The products were taking various mechanical analysis and the results show that the mechanical properties of flexible PU foams are reach national standard requirements. The tensile strength can reach 0.13MPa above and the elongation at break can reach 150% above.
