增塑聚氯乙烯的改性研究

Modification of Unplasticized PVC with Three Kinds of Modifiers

摘要: 采用物理共混的方法,用粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯一氧化碳三元共聚物(Elvaloy 741)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯丁二烯苯乙烯三元共聚物(MBS)3种改性剂改性增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC),通过对透光性能、力学性能、硬度和微观结构等性能测试,研究了3种改性剂对增塑PVC性能的影响。结果表明,MBS和Elvaloy741对增塑PVC的透明性影响较小,PNBR的加入导致增塑PVC不透明,呈乳白色;随着改性剂的加入,共混物的拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率升高,低温冲击强度增大,脆性温度降低

Abstract: In this paper, PNBR, Elvaloy741, and MBS were introduced into unplasticized PVC. The effect of contents of the modifiers on transmittance, haze, mechanical property, lowtemperature performance, hardness, and micromorphology were studied. It showed that the transparency of PVC/MBS and PVC/Elvaloy741 were fine. With the addition of the modifiers, the tensile strength of the blends decreased, the elongation at break increased, the lowtemperature performance improved, and the hardness were changed a little. The fracture of the sample showed a clear ductile behavior.
