POE/mPE/PE-HD改性PE-LD热封薄膜性能研究

Properties of POE/mPE/PE-HD Modified PE-LD Heat Sealing Films

摘要: 采用热塑性弹性体乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE)改善低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)薄膜的热封性能和拉伸强度,使用茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯(mPE)提高PE薄膜的热封强度,使用高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)对PE-LD改性,提高其拉伸强度。结果表明,与未改性的PE薄膜相比,在外层为PE-LD、中层为PE-LLD(7042)∶PE-HD=70∶30、内层PE-LLD(7050)∶PE-LD∶POE(9361)∶mPE(M4707EP)=10∶80∶5∶5时,其纵、横向拉伸强度和热封强度分别提高了2973、1721 MPa和1611 N/15 mm。

Abstract: Ethyleneoctene copolymer (thermoplastic elastomer POE) was used to improve the heat sealing temperature and tensile strength of the low density polyethylene(PE-LD). Metallocene polyethylene (mPE) was used to increase heat seal strength of PE-LD. High density polyethylene (PEHD) was used to increase tensile strength of PE-LD film. The transverse tensile strength, longitudinal tensile strength, and heat seal strength of the film increased 17.21、29.73 MPa, and 16.11 N/15 mm, respectively, while the outer layer of the film was PE-LD, and the middle layer was PE.LLD(7042)∶PE.HD=70∶30, and the inner layer was PE-LLD(7050)∶PE-LD∶ POE(9361)∶mPE(M4707EP)=10∶80∶5∶5.
