纳米阻燃剂阻燃高分子材料的应用与研究进展

A Review of Applications and Research Progresses in Flame-retardant Polymeric Nanocomposites

摘要: 介绍了纳米阻燃剂在复合材料,特别是树脂基复合材料中的应用;分析了具有高效阻燃、低烟低毒以及良好物理性能等优势的纳米阻燃剂阻燃高分子的种类及其各自特点;主要介绍了国内外对层状硅酸盐、碳纳米管、多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷以及石墨烯等纳米阻燃剂的研究现状,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: This paper introduced the applications of nano flame retardants in composites, especially in resinmatrix composites and analyzed the types and characteristics of nano flame retardants with high efficiency, low smoke, low toxicity and good physical properties. The paper also reviewed the current status of layered silicates, carbon nanotubes, polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes and graphene nanosheets at home and abroad. Moreover, the future research directions in this issue were prospected.
