油气产业用增强热塑性复合管研究进展

摘要: 综述了国内外油气产业用增强热塑性复合管(RTP)的产品、规格、生产企业及不同类型的性能指标,概括了国内外现行标准情况,重点介绍了RTP成型工艺等关键技术,模拟出最佳缠绕角度,最后对油气产业用RTP广阔的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the commercial products, specifications and manufacturers of reinforced thermoplastic composite pipes (RTP) as well as properties of different types RTP products. The current international and domestic standards for RTP were summarized, their molding processes were introduced, and the best winding angle for the processing of RTP was simulated. Finally, the future development of RTP used for oil and gas industry was prospected.
