Abstract: Conductive PELLD plastics was prepared by blending with graphite nano-platelet(GNP). The effect of GNP, surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS), and dispersant polyethylene glycol (PEG) on the mechanical and conductive properties was investigated. It was found that when the loading of GNP was 40 %, a conductive network was formed, the electrical resistivity reached 8.95×10^8 Ω·cm. The optimal recipe was found as PE-LLD 100 phr, GNP 40 phr, SDBS and PEG 4 parts.
