Abstract: By the aid of ultrasonic vibration, a novel propylene based plastomer (DP)/nano-SiOz composits was prepared by means of melt blending. The effects of ultrasonic wave on morphology, dynamic mechanical properties, and crystallization properties of the composite were studied. Ultrasonic vibration promoted the dispersion of nano-SiO2 in DP matrix, thus increased the storage modulus and decreased of loss modular. In addition, the presence of nano-Siq increased the crystallization temperature, however, the crystallization enthalpy decreased
