聚乙烯阻燃研究进展

摘要: 综述了聚乙烯阻燃的研究状况,包括卤系、无机、膨胀型、纳米、硅系等阻燃体系。卤系阻燃体系按照卤锑协效体系、溴磷协效体系、溴硼协效体系的分类进行了概述;无机体系论述了氢氧化镁和氛氧化铝及其协效体系;膨胀型阻燃体系论述了化学膨胀型和物理膨胀型阻燃剂;纳米阻燃体系总结了纳米材料特别是纳米黏土以及碳纳米管在聚乙烯阻燃中的应用;硅系阻燃体系主要论述了有机硅阻燃体系。最后还展望了聚乙烯阻燃的发展趋势,低添加量、无卤、环保仍将是末来阻燃聚乙烯的发展方向。

Abstract: The recent development of flame retardant polyethylene(PE) has been reviewed.The generic flame retardant systems employed in polypropylene have been categorized as four types: halogen-containing, inorganic compound,intumescent flame-retardant(IFR ),and nanocompositc. The halogen-con-twining type is represented by halogen-antimony, bromine-phosphorus, and bromine-boron synergic systans. Magnesium hydroxide, aluminum trihydrate and their synergic flame retardant arc typical inorpanic systems. T}etailed discussion was also made for chemical and physical intumescent,nano一structurcd materials, and silicon-containing flame retardants.
