黑色母料对阻燃聚丙烯熔接痕拉伸强度的影响

摘要: 研究了黑色母料的组成和牌号对无卤阻燃改性聚丙烯(PP)熔接痕拉伸强度的影响,结果表明,载体、分散剂、炭黑单独添加时对熔接痕拉伸强度的影响较小,不是引起螺丝柱出现爆裂的关键原因;黑色母料的黏度与载体、炭黑特性有关,炭黑含量越高、粒径越小;黑色母料黏度越大,分散越困难,对熔接痕拉伸强度影响越大,螺丝柱爆裂比例越高。选择以PP为载体、炭黑含量较低黑色母料,其黏度较低、分散性较好,对熔接痕拉伸强度的影响较小,低螺丝柱发生爆裂比例较低。

Abstract: The effect of composition of black masterbatches on tensile strength of weld line of halogeflame retardant polypropylene was studied. When added as an individual component, the carrier, dispersant, and carbon black had small effect on the tensile strength of weld line, and was not the primary reason for the screw column burst. However, in the black masterbatches, the high viscosity caused by increasing carbon black content and decreasing particle size resulted in low tensile strength of weld line and higher possibility of screws column burst. When PP was used as a carrier, the low resultant low viscosity may improve the tensile strength of weld line and lower the possibility of screw column burst.
