注塑机伺服泵多回路控制技术的研究

摘要: 研究了德国博世力士乐公司的伺服泵多回路控制技术,从电气控制和液压传动两方面深入研究,并将此技术应用到注塑机上,通过实验测试相关性能,并提出改进方案,从电气控制和液压传动两方面分析改进后的控制原理,并在原机器上进行改造,进而测试相关性能。通过比较改进前后的数据表明,新方案性能更稳定、运行更可靠、应用更方便。

Abstract: The multiloop control system in German Bosch Rexroth servo pump was studied, including electric control and hydraulic drive. This technique was applied to the injection molding machine, and an improved scheme was proposed. Through the application of advanced electric control and hydraulic transmission, more stable performance, more reliable operation, and convenient application were realized.
